Adsorption dryers

Compressed air purification equipment must provide guaranteed performance and reliability, while also maintaining the correct balance of air quality with minimum operating costs and CO2 emissions. As standard, adsorption dryers completely clean and dry compressed air to a pressure dew point of -40°C. For critical applications, adsorption dryers can be specified to provide a pressure dew point of -70°C. A pressure dew point of -26°C or better will not only prevent corrosion, but also prevent the growth of microorganisms in the compressed air system. We also offer modular adsorption dryer systems, which make it easier and more economical to supply high-quality compressed air for all types of instruments and processes. The high-efficiency filtration they offer, combined with the absorption of the desiccant bed, always generates clean, dry air which, with minimal pressure drops, reduces energy costs.
