Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety Policy

In our eagerness to achieve a higher quality in our activity of design, assembly and maintenance of installations of: compressed air, localised suction-filtration, movement of parts by weightless devices, as well as the repair of wind blades and the sale-distribution of related machinery, and a greater commitment to caring for the environment around us, at Tegalair we are committed to implementing a Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System, in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Standards, to achieve a greater commitment to caring for the Environment and Occupational Health and Safety and to enforce the following principles:

  • To ensure customer satisfaction based on a philosophy of doing things right the first time.
  • To comply with all the requirements imposed by our customers, as well as all those of a legal, regulatory or any other type that in the field of quality, the environment and health and safety at work were required of us.
  • To commit ourselves to continuously improve the quality of our work, as well as our attitude towards the environmental impacts generated by our activity and the health and safety of our staff.
  • To prevent pollution that may be generated by our activities.
  • Minimise the generation of waste.
  • Encourage the participation of all personnel in the improvement and operation of the Quality, Environment and Health and Safety System in place.
  • Provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injuries and health impairment appropriate to the purpose, size and
    context of the organisation and the specific nature of its Occupational Health and Safety risks and opportunities.
  • Provide the necessary resources to eliminate hazards and reduce risks to Occupational Safety and Health.
  • Promote the consultation and participation of personnel in relation to Health and Safety at Work.
  • To strengthen the human factor so that it continues to be our most important and differentiating asset.
  • To promote the training of workers and encourage their participation.

This Policy is the responsibility of each and every one of the members of the Organisation, it is communicated to the entire company for its knowledge, understanding and compliance and is available to any person or entity that requests it. Furthermore, this policy is reviewed, analysed and updated for its continuous adaptation.
